LTTA FOR TEACHERS
Are you a secondary school teacher passionate about creating inclusive and supportive classrooms? Join our international training activity as part of the Erasmus+ project Smooth Transition.
This LTTA in Tarnów, Poland brings together teachers from Poland and Bulgaria to explore how to help students aged 14–16 adapt successfully to new school environments. The training combines theory, reflection, and experiential learning to strengthen your teaching practice in three key areas:
Team building and class cohesion – fostering collaboration and mutual trust among students.
Social integration and tolerance – supporting diverse learners and promoting empathy.
Conflict resolution and emotional well-being – creating a calm, cooperative classroom climate.
Participants will:
Gain access to the Inclusive Classrooms Teachers’ Book before its official release;
Test innovative educational methods and share classroom experiences;
Exchange ideas with peers across Europe and contribute to refining project resources;
Receive an Europass certifcate
Participation in the LTTA in Tarnów is open to secondary, high school, and VET teachers working with students aged 14–16, especially those interested in inclusion, class cohesion, and emotional well-being. The selection process follows the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that all motivated educators have equal access to the opportunity regardless of gender, age, nationality, experience level, or background.
Priority will be given to teachers who:
Work in diverse classrooms, including those with students from minority, migrant, or socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds;
Show motivation to implement inclusive and innovative educational methods;
Are willing to share and disseminate the experience in their schools or local communities after the LTTA.
All project activities are designed to be fully accessible. The organisers ensure that:
Venues are wheelchair-accessible, with ramps, elevators, and adapted restrooms;
Learning materials are available in accessible digital formats (screen-reader friendly PDFs, alt-text for images, adjustable contrast);
Subtitled and/or interpreted sessions are provided for participants with hearing impairments;
Quiet spaces are available for participants who may need sensory breaks;
Assistance or support persons are welcome and can be accommodated upon request;
Dietary needs and mobility requirements are respected in all logistical arrangements.

Practical Informaion
The LTTA will take place from 17 to 21 October 2025, with 17 October and 21 October as travel days. Accommodation, local transport, and meals will be arranged by the organisers in accordance with Erasmus+ mobility standards. Detailed information on logistics, agenda, and preparation will be provided individually to selected participants after submitting the contact form.
